Reservation, Cancellation and
A 50% deposit of your villa cost excluding taxes is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance of your stay will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival date.
Credit Card required at check, in it will be pre-authorized for $500 in case of damage, missing items or if Villa is left in unacceptable conditions on departure.
Securing your reservation with a credit card means you accept the terms of our cancellation policy. Once the booking has been processed you will receive a confirmation email that outlines the summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us immediately at email@example.com if you need to make any changes.
All stays require a 2-night minimum. All summer bookings from June 27 to September 1, 2019 including weekends have a 4-night minimum stay.
A valid credit card is required to make a reservation, your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been processed. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to make a reservation.

Cancellations made more than 7 days from check-in date can be cancelled with no penalty. Cancellations inside of the 7-day window, including early check-out, are non-refundable.

Check-in / Check-Out
Check-in time is any time after 4pm. Check-out time is 10am. Additional charges will be applied if you do not comply with these times. Due to high volume of business no early check-ins or late check-outs are available during the summer season and or holidays.
Maximum occupancy of a villa is as follows: 2-bedroom villa 5 persons, 3 bedroom villa 7 persons and 4 bedroom villa 9 persons. Maximum people in a unit includes children.
Guests renting a villa MUST fully disclose the number of people staying in the unit in order to meet fire code regulations. Any guests exceeding the villa limit must rent an additional villa, subject to availability. In the event that Villas of Muskoka does not have adequate inventory guests exceeding the villa limit must find alternative accommodation.
Villa of Muskoka has a no pet policy for guests renting the exception is for certified service animals.
Playpens available although we do our best to accommodate all requests, we have a limited supply so please reserve prior to arrival.
The villas are non-smoking. If smoking occurs a $300 fee will be charged to the registered credit card.
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am. One warning will be given if your group is too loud, if we must speak with your group again you will be asked to leave the resort and payment will not be refunded.
On your departure your Villa is to be left tidy. Any dirty dishes should be in the dishwasher and the dishwasher turned on. If exceptionally messy or dirty extra charges may apply.
Lost & Found – All items will be kept for 90 days. To maintain privacy, guests of Villas of Muskoka are responsible for initiating contact with the resort regarding any lost items and will bear the responsibility of providing a method of payment for the delivery of the found items.
Villas of Muskoka is in the heart of Muskoka and there are occasional power outages. No allowances can be made for power interruption beyond the control of Villas of Muskoka.
Villas of Muskoka is a multi-use resort property, meaning a mix of travelling public guests and owners. When staying within a multi-use property, it is always important to think of others and bear in mind that you may be staying in and within proximity to an owner’s villa. It is our goal to provide all our guests a safe and friendly experience.
